👥 New Input Types: User & Date

🧑‍💼 User Type Input

You can now add User fields to your forms! This means the person filling out a form can select any user in their organization—and that selection can drive the workflow forward.

Use it to:

Let someone choose who should approve a document.
Assign a Custom Task to a specific teammate.
Select a signer for a document.
Dynamically send a Secure Email or System Email to the right person.

Example:
Imagine a form where a user selects their department head from a dropdown. That selection can automatically route the document for approval or send an email to the selected person—no manual configuration needed!

📅 Date Type Input

Need to capture a specific date? Now you can add a Date Picker to your forms. Users simply select a date from a calendar, and that value can be used in metadata for stamps, emails, and more.

🧩 Smarter Lists: Dynamic, Typed, and Customizable

The List input just got a major upgrade. You can now:

Assign a data type to each list (Text, Number, Email, User, or Date).
Use list values as metadata in actions like approvals, emails, and more.
Set different display text and values for each option.

Advanced Mode lets you:

Reorder options.
Use templates (like Yes/No or 1–10 ratings).
Copy/paste lists between workflows.

Example:
Create a dropdown with department names as display text (e.g., “Support”, “QA”, “Development”) and link each to the email of the department head. When a user selects “Support,” the system sends an email to the correct person—automatically.

All these new input types—User, Date, and List—can now be used as metadata across a wide range of actions:

Approve: Choose approvers dynamically.
Custom Task: Assign tasks based on form input.
Simple Sign & Digital Certificate: Select signers from form data.
Secure/System Email: Send emails to selected users or addresses.
Supply Information & External Data: Choose who supplies or verifies data.

This means your workflows can now adapt to real-time decisions made by users, rather than being hardcoded during setup.

List Chip Length Limits: Display text (200 chars), value (100–200 chars depending on type).
Improved List Editing: Simple and Advanced modes for easier configuration.
Email Actions: Now dynamically use User or Email fields from forms.
Form Validation: Instructions are now required in Supply Information actions.
UI Enhancements: Loading indicators added to Personal Settings panels for better feedback.

Spire Library Update: Impacts all file-modifying actions (e.g., Stamp, Redact, WillowSign).
